The Order of Angel City [INTERMEDIATE OPEN]

JAMES
"Hurry Hurry Love. He'd fading fast" I turn around and swipe at the demon princess, cutting a line of black across her face. She screams and disappears in a ball of black flame, scorching the earth and killing the grass for meters around.
I stepped away from the fire, breathing hard. When a demon leapt at me from behind, in my blind spot. I couldn't have moved in time, I couldn't have reacted in time to block it or use the wind against it. I was dead meat.
"Arescet et morere" The demon writhed like a plant in fast motion, it's body drying out and crumpling, falling to the ground behind me, dead. I swore as the body hit the ground, raising my swords. The withered corpse lay at my feet, as if by magic.
Magic? I spin around, and a broad smile breaks my face. "so they send the best of the best do they? A young girl, no older then myself stood before me, sword in hand, her raven black hair dancing in the wind.
"Hey James, Looks like you got yourself in a bit of trouble." I cut down a demon sneaking up on the girl with a wind slice and walked over to her, hugging her like an old friend.
"Don't get me started on trouble Ynobe, this one is right up your alley. Nathaniel" Ynobe leaps away from me, hissing, her eyes beginning to glow sapphire blue.
"That Bastards Here!" Her sword lights up with the same blue glow and a row of demons explode, their dark tainted magic bursting from them like water balloons. She's pissed, wait till she hears about him I thought as I watched the shreds of demon hit the ground.
"Yes, he's here. Why we don't know. Dellen's escorting the villagers, Your Knight of Earthly Strength is out cold and we've lost contact with our squad leader. He was escorting a VIP" I turn back to Ynobe, then I notice the people standing behind her, waiting for orders. It wasn't the four people I was expecting to see, in fact there were five of them waiting, all of the unfamiliar.
"Who's the team?" Ynobe looks at me as if she didn't know I was there. She turns around and remembers the people standing there.
"Oh, right. This is Alpha 1 of the 2nd division" I froze to my bones at the mention of the name. The division 2 were the most notorious, most feared of all the divisions, even the first division feared them. It was rare to find anyone in the entire order that wasn't wary of them. But the five people before me was the top team of the entire division, third only to the captain and the lieutenant.
"They really brought out the big guns Ynobe" I said licking my lips nervously. The division 2 team laughed at my reactions, one swinging a large scythe over her shoulder.
"Right, Serena. Do your thing. I'm going with James to find his TL and the VIP. Move" The division 2 team vanishes like ghosts, only to be replaced by the sounds of demons screaming in pain, anger and death. Ynobe just looked at the city, ignoring the carnage around her. I turn around, and see a horde of demons thundering down on us, bloodlust as thick as sweat in the air. I raise my swords, ready to fight through their ranks.
"Succide in uno percusserit" A ray of blue magic spread through the demons ranks, slicing them in half by the hundreds. I gasped, my shock visible on my face as the entire horde before me fell to the ground dead, a hole the size of a cargo carrier cut into the demons ranks. I turn to Ynobe, shocked. I knew she was strong as the Ventrulai of heavenly Wisdom, but I didn't know she was capable of this.
She shot a glance at me, and smiled. "Let's go James"

Serena nods curtly before spinning on her heel, lifting her scythe and swinging it easily at her side.
"Alright boys" she yells over the chaos, dominance and confidence radiating from her "Let's show this scum why we're called the Undertakers!"
One by one Cormac, Flint, Milo, and Valentine ran screaming like little kids into the fray, and the screams instantly increased tenfold.
Cormac slid down a dip and to a stop in front of a larger group and started swinging his axe, easily taking down 4 or 5 with every hack or slice.
Flint Charged forward, pulling his pistol our and blasting holes the size of tennis balls in their stomach's, chests, heads, anywhere really.
Milo, being the smallest and quickest of the boys ran far without stopping, slicing and stabbing and punch as he did.
Valentine crouched behind a small pile of bodies shooting off arrows, and each time grabbed a new arrow he'd dip it in a flask, coating it in venom.
Serena waited a moment longer, relishing in the deafening howls of pain that her team brought everywhere they went.
Brushing her hair aside and making sure the material that covered her eyes was secure, she hoisted her scythe high, letting it collapse in on itself, for better maneuvering ability, and jumped down from her spot, immediately decapitating the first the cross her.

"f*** this EVERYONE THAT CAN HEAR ME RUN FOR COVER NOW!!!!!!" midnight blood screamed most headed him but others didn't he place both his swords in the ground and said "may all that are good be saved by my blade avenge my fallen friends my blades and kill" deamons swarmed over him and attacked but the were all throughen back . a wave of red and black fell across the battle field and noise seamed to stop and the fighting became slower Midnightblood drew his swords from the ground and threw them behind him and the both started to fly around the battle field in a shape of a pentagon "let the fires of hell rage on earth" Midnightblood said as the blades returned to his hands and the ground exploded and soon after ashes fell from the sky of foes and allies

JAMES
"What Was That!" Ynobe and I spun around, watching the ash fall to the ground like rain. Something extremely powerful had just gone off and I didn't know who had caused it.
"Was that Cheryl?"
"No, the blast was some sort of magic, wasn't her" Ynobe turned away from the site and continued on towards the city. The wall rose before us, now with parts missing from where the demons had torn out rocks to use as weapons.
"Spirits, this place is covered in demon taint" I look up at the wall, seeing what no one else could see. The dark sickish green mist hung over the town like a veil, choking it. Everywhere I looked the vile mist hung, covering the whole city in it's depths. "This wasn't like this before"
"That's because Nathaniel's here" Ynobe waved her hand in a circle before her and a section of the wall blew out, the mist parting like a curtain.
"I can see his spell work from here" Ynobe spat and rushed into the hole, not hesitating to rush into the city crawling with demons, and worse.
"Well, what's the worst that can happen?" At that moment the city exploded, knocking me flying. The ground cracked open and fissures tore the land, pools of molten lava flooding the surface. The sky above shattered and shards of glass fell to earth like stars.
Above all I heard a blood chilling scream and a column of blood red light energy shot up into the sky, followed by a insane evil laughter.

"oh no you dont you wont split the earth and spue lava quiet yet" Midnightblood was in the air his body full of cuts and bleading all over, he landed with chaos hitting the ground and holding him up in the air "EVERYONE JUMP NOW!!!!!!!!" most in the area heard him and most did from the blade ice formed out wards and covered a large area freazing the lava and covering the hole. (panting)"it wont..... hold for long but..... it will give us some time." Midnightblood said before colapising on to the ground but before anyone could get to him both blades glowed and shatered leaving the a small area around him covered in peices of the blades Nightwing saw this and said quietly to herself "Midnight remember its not the weapon its the one who weilds it" with that she flew off leaveing Terrorwing behind him screaming to her to come back but she never looked back she went above the clouds and a sonic boom was heard by all.(Midnightblood is not dead)

VALENTINE:
I head someone yell something and turned to look, as a man jumped into the air, spinning and ice rushing out with the movement of his blade, coating the land in a think layer of ice.
I didn't have any time to stand, let alone jump, and the ice covered my as well, freezing me dead!

[I'm actually a little sad... I liked Valentine]

FLINT:
I landed in a crouched position, on the now frozen ground. The brute, fighting me now nothing but an ice statue. I looked around and saw many of the enemy frozen in their attacks, as well as many still fighting, I turned around and saw the ice went as far as the city and beyond.
Something was going down...
I few slips and trips later had me use to the ice, skating over it heading to the city.

CORMAC:
I continued swinging my axe, as though unfazed by the sudden wasteland of ice around me, the lava now trapped and slowly solidifying.
Serena skated passed me heading for the city and swinging her scythe, killing the man I'd been fighting.
"Hey, I class that as stealing" I shout after her. Another guy starts attacking me, and I shrug, throwing myself back into the fray

MIDNIGHTBLOOD
"not this again haven't I done enough for you bitch" I was in a black room so filmlur to me I could tell you how many cracks nails screw there are in it the room where I ernt my blades the room I trained in for years as a boy the room I was tortured by my master finally calling me again "now now midnight or should I say blue tear loose that attitud" I looked around looking for her before giving up " alright you crazy woman what is it this time a deamons heart a angle heart a ANTS HEART it better not be like the last one" i mutter under my breath "stupid tiny heart" a cackle so terrifyingly crazy and evil comes from every direction as her voice dose "no this time It is simple its your heart someone needs not me this time I merely just need you to know also I recomend when you wake up run your blades are well lets just say you need a new fighting style" the same cackle i hear before waking up to see the pieces of my period blades floting into one peice of metal (look up the legend of the hevenly blade to know what it looks like its awsem I will post a picture later) I grab it and swing it like a toy "well this is new now what was she walking about I swing it to hit the ground as it collides with force I get flung into the air like it just hit something made of rubber and it was a war hammer I land a few feet away "okthats whatshe ment"

FLINT:
"Serena? Hey Serena! Wait up" Ahead of me I saw her turn and face me.
"Flint? What are you doing, you should be back there fighting!" I caught up to her smiling "Something big is going down, and I wanna be apart of it!" I say simply, shrugging.
"Go back, Flint" she orders, turning around and starting to run.
"No!"
"No?" She turns to me again and even though I can't see her eyes, I cringe as though she was glaring at me in a death stare.
"With respect... I insist of coming" I mutter looking at my feet.
"You're gonna get yourself killed, kid" she mutters before running off again, I smile and follow as quickly as I can!

terrorwing
i stood as many around me faught in small battles looking up to the sky "nightwing what happened to you" i whisper while my head looks down "oy terrorwing WAKE UP" midnight blood screamed in me ear witch sent me flying into the air from shook i turn to see midnight blood on his knees with his back to me "get on my back we need to get out of hear she needs to be clamed before we can continue this fight" i get on his back and grab his shoulders "hold on for your life were going back home" (not angle city) i hold on tighter as he takes off many around him as he pushes off fall over and look up as soon as we were above the citys houses we took of like a bullet heading the same direction that night wing took we soon were above the clouds.

"Winds of the north! roar down and remove the darkness before me!" I swung my swords and the wind erupted around me, slicing demons in half. Besides me Ynobe was throwing ball after ball of blue fire, incinerating large groups of demons.
"Is it just me, or do there seem to be less of them!" I waved my hand and a tornado appeared in the middle of the horde. There did seem to be less of them.
Suddenly all the demons stopped dead in their tracks, standing in a wide circle around us. I looked around,m swords raised and ready, Ynobe standing back to me one hand enveloped in magical fire.
"Why did they, just stop" I could hear the battle still going on elsewhere, so something must be holding the demons back.
"Greetings, Ventrulai" I spun to see the demons parting, allowing a tall man with short black hair and glowing yellow eyes to pass. Behind him stood Lillith, snarling at me as black blood trickled from the cut across her face. "And too you, James, Paladin of Gaia and servant of Ventus. I believe you know my older sister Lillith"
"Nathaniel" Ynobe spat and the fire around here hand grew more intense, going from blue to white. The man smiled and bowed his head, his eyes never leaving the young girls face. So this was Nathaniel, the demon prince behind this horde of demons.
"So you're the demon bastard behind this mess" I flexed my finger, a movement too small for anyone to notice, and the wind built up to a frenzy, blowing the demons away , leaving only the four of us. Nathaniel looked around, unfazed by the winds ferocity.
"Impressive. I see why you fancy him sister" He looked back to me, smiling like he knew something I didn't.
"I must say you're good" Nathaniel snapped his fingers and something fell from the sky, cracking the ground. As the dust settled I saw a young man, dressed completely in white kneeling next to the demon prince. "I'd like you to meet my young friend here. I think you three will get along, swimmingly"
The boy looked up and I twitched, eyes going wide. He looked exactly like the boy Aldyxn, only everything about his was white. White hair, white clothes, even his skin was extremly pale. The only color on him was the two strands of red framing his face, that and the evil filled pools of blood resting on black that were his eyes. The boy smiled and I saw in shock that his teeth were sharp and pointed like fangs of a wild animal, only much more twisted.
"Let's play a game" He said, standing up. "Let's play, I kill you all, horribly and painfully, while you scream"

CORMAC:
My opponent dropped to his knees, blood gushing onto the ice, I swing my axe and his head went rolling.
"Not a good time to loose your head, mate" I mutter, watching the side of his mouth twitch. Turning around, I found myself with a blade to my neck, surprisingly a blade I recognize, and held by a man I recognized.
"What are you doing?" I asked, even though I could taste the betrayal. He gave no response, no reason or rhyme, just a simple smile and one quick motion, a spray of blood the joined the rest and everything went black.

FLINT:
I round a corner and saw four people on the street, two I recognized, two I didn't. There was tension so I could tell the strangers were bad guys, but before I could attack I was grabbed by the scuff of the neck and dragged back around the corner.
"At least pretend to be smart!" Serena hissed at me, leaning against the wall "Wait... And listen"
"I must say you're good" the man said in a smug way, he snapped his fingers and something fell from the sky, cracking the ground. I peered around the corner again, and as the dust settled I saw a young man, dressed completely in white kneeling next to the man.
"I'd like you to meet my young friend here. I think you three will get along, swimmingly"
The boy looked up and... Huh, he looked exactly like the boy Aldyxn, only everything about his was white, his hair, clothes, even his skin was extremly pale. The only color was the red streaks in his hair and his eyes, ruby set in onyx.
The boy smiled and his teeth were sharp and pointed like fangs.
"Let's play a game" he said, standing up. "Let's play, I kill you all, horribly and painfully, while you scream"
"Now?" I ask, fingers hovering ofer the triggers of my guns.
"Now!"
Simultaneously, we round the corner, I point my guns skyward and fire, drawing they're attention.
"Mind if I join the game?" Serena asks, creepily sweetly.

Midnight blood

we slowly came back throught the clouds near a mountin a small house sat on top we both knew what would happen now, as i landed and terrorwing got off me i looked to him "ready for this sh*t storm terror" he only nodded with a fake smile, so i opened the door and surprisingly it was quiet "is she hear?" i turned to terrorwing as he said that and put my fingure to my mouth and mouthed the words 'do you want to get us killed' i slowly moved forward looking for any sign of her 'last time this happened we were incapable of moveing for a mounth but we cant have that now' i took one more step and the florboard creaked we both stoped dead still as we herd the heavey steps of somthing coming out of the door infront of us 'sh*t' the door slamed open as Nightwing stood there, if looks could kill we would be both dead the look she gave us made our bodys scream run, run for your lives. but as soon as she saw us she smiled but the smile was not a happy simle it was a smile of someone who has something planed something horrible. she moved so fast punched us both in the gut and grabed us before rushing through the door, only once before i had seen this and that time the captain had to stop her but this time i dont even know whats going to happen she was insane.

"ARGH!" the white Aldyxn screamed and covered his ears; Nathaniel and Lillith spinning on the new pair, yelling in some strange tongue.
"Now!" Ynobe leaped at the two demons, sword blazing bright blue. I stepped to the side, twitching my sword. A torrent of wind blew past me, tearing at the pair.
"I'll take Nathaniel!" Ynobe swung at the demon prince, driving him away from the rest of us. The new pair went straight for Lillith, bullets flying past her. I turned on the boy, twirling one of my swords. He was on one knee, hands over his ears.
"Ok demon, what did you do to Aldyxn and the elf?" The boy looked up, smiling wickedly. He stood up slowly, the air around him radiating with sadistic joy.
"That little piece of sh*t! That stupid meat prison! I escaped, and left him for dead, as well as that idiot who tried to protect him" I leaped at him, swords flashing through the air. Crests of wind flowing from my blades, slicing everything they hit. The boy dodged the crests, ducking in and out of the wind. He waved his hand and I flew backwards. I crashed into a rock, my body suddenly heavy.
"What the-" Suddenly the boy was standing in front of me, holding a black sword, slightly curved with a small spike near the tip.
"I am Nxydla, little man; master of gravity. Now hold still while I cut you flesh from your body"
"Not, if I can, help it" I struggled to move my body, tried to swing my sword at the boy inches from my face.
"You don't seem to understand. I control gravity, meaning I increased the gravity of your body to such a point, you, can't, move"
"Well then, it's a good thing. My power isn't affected by gravity!" I reached out with my mind to the wind, commanding it to strike this bastard down. A gale rose up behind me, roaring across the battlefield, knocking the boy back.
"Well, Nxydla!" I was still pinned to the rock, unable to move, but I gathered the wind around me, forming a swirling mass of air in the shape of a man standing over me. "I may not be able to move, but I'm still going to kick your ass back to where it came from!"

Midnight Blood
"Night oh Night snap out of it!" i scream at her and look at Terrorwing "Terror do you think shes going to do what she did last time" i looked back to her and saw a glint in her eyes "no no n onon nnoooooo dont you......sh*t" Nightwing spread her wings wide to stop as her let us go flying "this is going to hurt" i screamed as we colided with the ground and bounceing a kilometer before stoping "were the hell are we now" i look around and i see a forest one that seem filimure i waited till i remembered when i was hear before i cringed when i did 'this is were i first met those two' i get up slowly seeing if anything was broken i fell back to the ground as soon as i tryied to stand "sh*t a broken leg great a arm or hand i can deal with but that NIGHT WING YOU BITCH!"
