Uhm, I don't think so, because I'm sure I'm not the only person who doesn't know who Flandre is...

Flandre is a character form the Touhou game: Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. She is an extra stage boss. She has never seen humans besides Sakuya until Reimu and Marisa showed up. But I'll try a different one.

Create a character who is completely insane or has a serious mental disease

Music in my veins:
Have your character sing or strongly reference lyrics from a song. Alternatively syncing up an entire scene with an entire song.
