Got the memo. I appreciate the effort. I don't have the time to Roleplay, but I will put a word about your place at my own.
My advice would be to make sure you get rid of the zeroes. Even if you need to post a sticky with rules or something, but it will look better if there are no zeroes in your boards before you re-open.
Once you are ready, advertise a lot in many places. I don't remember how I got here but I am almost certain it was due a link in one of the promotion places I frequent.
