It seems like any web based company is, which will mean a huge uproar if it is passed. I actually hope that Anonymous does something about this, its kinda their area of expertise.

Even if we don't it will stop most of the most popular websites (since most of them are made in the U.S.) and the internetz will be a wasteland.

I assume that if it does get passed, most of the websites will move to japan or europe or something.
