Town of Insanity [Sign Up - Open]

I'm new around here but want to make an RP. Here's my best shot.

Year: 2012
Setting: Kyoki no machi , Japan
Plot: You are in Kyoki no machi. This place is full of supernatural creatures like fairies and yokai. Humans also lurk around, fights happen quite often and to live you have to try to win a danmaku [bullet hell] battle quite frequently. Characters can be human, types of yokai, fairies and anything. You can't have more than three powers or be unkillable. Those are the rules of Kyoki no machi.

Powers: Ability to manipulate light, wind and fire.
Location: Suzuki Shrine
Description: Short. Has long green hair in a braid over right shoulder, dark brown eyes, is wearing a light grey dress with yellow flowers and red flowers, wearing white stockings and maroon shoes.
Danmaku Bullet Shape: Flaming tennis balls.

Powers: Venom, able to change his skeletal structure to become more snake like and heat vision

Description: Tall and lean with pale skin, long emerald hair and yellow snake eyes. Green scales covering his back, upper torso, shoulders and thighs.
Wears Forest Green Shitagi, White Kosode, Forest Green Hakama, White Hakama-himo, White Tabi and a pair of Waraji. Wields a large emerald green ōdachi (Long sword), a white katana and a set of gold tantō's (knives)

Powers: Create instant shields out of energy surrounding his body (they only last for a second) Jumps extremely high, can draw bones from his body and uses them as weapons, though he risks losing them should he do this.
Location: Wandering about
Description: Short. Tall man with a green mohawk, wears a tight red shirt with black tie and black jeans with spiked belt. Has bright yellow eyes and wears a spiked dog collar.
Danmaku Bullet Shape: Bones (like digits, not large bones)

For Tomyh, Danmaku Bullet Shape means what is the shape of the bullet like how in the Touhou Project Series, Kanako Yasako's bullet shape is a snake.

Description: Long blond hair (butt length) worn in a french braid (and a red streak). Dark blue eyes. Short shorts. Torn up tank top. Fingerless and knuckeless leather gloves, and steel capped thigh high boots.

Wears :2 golden twin sais,White kimodo and sandy brown Lamellar armour and a native red suit with no upper body,long black ōdachi tied around his back,he keeps this in both human like and snake form

Powers: Super strength, with speed and limited regeneration.
Location: In a small town
Description: He looks human most of the time, over 7 foot, with spiked short red hair, and black eyes. He wears a suit and tie. doesnt wear gloves but always carries a secret compartment in his Dark green
Oni form : he sheads his clothes and forms into and hulking blood red beast. with horns coming from his head and and tusks coming from his mouth. he carries a sword that is five foot long but swings it like a twig. he has a traditional samarai leggings and armor, with his upper body exposed and it rippling with muscles.
Sword: it is a katana with a pure black blade that has no imperfections, and a red hilt. When the blade cuts someone it then absorbs the blood that is left on the blade.

For those who Haven't been to the "Explanation" page, with TheMagicMechanic gone I'll be taking over this, so... Characters and plot ideas will go through me before going into the actual Roleplay!
