Live Action Role Play

I intend on working on a Live Action Role Play section in the near future.

What is Live Action RP and how does it differ from Post 2 Post RP?
Live action role play is played in a chatroom type atmosphere, two or more individuals taking turns writing out their actions in a fast paced style where they truly interact as characters in a story would. The posts don't have to be more than a sentance, more than a single question for the other character to answer. This allows for great character development and heightened personal interaction, as well as keeping in character and not having to assume what the other players' characters are going to say.

I will add a whole new category for LARP (Larp, lol) and have sections as such:

-Live Action Role Play (Category)
+General Interest Checks (Forum)
+One on One RP (Forum)
++One on One Interest Checks (subforum)
+Group LARP (forum)
++Group LARP Interest Checks(subforum)
+Archived LARPs (forum)

If anyone has any comments or suggestions, feel free to comment!
I haven't worked out how to make the private chatrooms in a flash based method that allow you to archive the posts, but I'll give it a good go.

i love this idea you will have to keep this also just for an idea we should have a chatroom that is continues so that we all can enter as a simple non rpg chatroom

I will be adding a tinychat link in the main menu as well for just such a purpose.

Why dont you add voicechat to the website?

Tinychat is open. Go up to the menu to where it says log out, right to the left of it, there's a link that says Tinychat. You can go to the page.

NOTE! There will be a thread posted later on how to use it should the room be empty and you join, as there is some setup required.
