Portal: Surviving GLaDOS

You are an employee at Aperture Science Laboratories. The A.I in control of everything in the whole facility has gone mad and has been exterminating all living things. You, a scientist of some sort, was working on an invention before the "incident". But it is still a work in progress so there are some kinks that need to be ironed out. You and your fellow scientists have to try to survive and escape.

The Bio only has to be a few sentences about your characters life. Also should I be GLaDOS? I think it will run smoothly if one person is her.

Bio: A young inventor and 'Nerd' who was abused, tormented and bullied throughout her life
Personality: Shy, withdrawn and socially awkward with a tendency to talk to herself.
Invention: 'The Molecular re-configuring device' "The Dream Braclet"
A Tangible/Intangible machine which allows the user to walk through solid objects ... Like Kitty Pryde from X-men

And is GlaDOS the A.I? If so can I be her? I like mad A.I's

Woah, your grammar in this post is...terrible. And yea, she is the A.I, but I think I want to have someone that has played the game and knows her personality a bit more...unless you research it....

Bio Lived in a dormitory for a high quality college until recently when he was hired to assist research teams at Aperture.
Personality: Happy most of the time, positive, but doesn't like talking.
Invention Metallic Android Goo: Morphs into pretty well anything he wants, but only he can use it since it is melded to his DNA. Its a glob about the size of a basketball and can morph into anything with the same mass (IE, it cannot expand/contract to change its own mass). It has a curious personality and speaks in the same voice as the Turrets since it has one of their voiceboxes formed inside of it. It learns quickly and can move of its own free will, but stays near me. Looks like mercury and has the strength close to diamond.

Can I be GLaDOS? I know her personality. Sick and insane yet somewhat positive in the first game. In the second Agitated and bored, doesn't try as hard to stop Chell.

BIO: Having an IQ of 159 she is considered a genius all around the world. She was often bullied by others due to her stature and often called a 'geek'.
PERSONALITY: Shy, quiet and somewhat positive.
INVENTION: HITBOX A small square box with two straps attached, if you tie it around your neck you can change the pitch, volume and range of your voice.
